A slight pause in proceedings…

I had to go to hospital recently to get a bit of ‘good’ skin cancer removed. It has been cut out and the doctor is happy that I am in the clear, so that is good!

Anyway, as a result I am slightly behind in the course that I am doing. I have finishd UV mapping the house and I am now moving on toput down some textures and then displacement maps.

I have to say I found UV mapping to be most infuratiating. This is probably down to the the fact that I have always avoided it in the past, however I have to bite the bullet and get on with it.

I plan to UV a car and a bike that I have modelled after I have done this car, so I think that shall give me a good amount of practice with it.

However right now, the builder is hammering and drilling away next door and I can’t concentrate, so it is time for a cup of tea 🙂
